º Suscripción de nuevas acciones . Las acciones ordinarias que tenga la sociedad en reserva, así como las acciones privilegiadas, serán colocadas según lo disponga la Junta Directiva al reglamentar su colocación. Si se emiten acciones privilegiadas serán colocadas en la forma que determine la Junta Directiva.

Parágrafo

La suscripción de nuevas acciones se hará sin sujeción al derecho de preferencia alguno de los accionistas, salvo determinación y reglamentación en contrario de la Asamblea General de Accionistas.
