Incompatibilidad con otras indemnizaciones. Las indemnizaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto como consecuencia de la supresión de un empleo o cargo, son incompatibles con cualquiera otra indemnización prevista para situaciones análogas o semejantes en otras disposiciones legales, en contratos de trabajo o en pactos o convenciones colectivos.
