Los Fondos Ganaderos que se encuentren sujetos a la inspección, control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, en los términos del Decreto 663 de 1993 y las normas que lo reformen o adicionen, y cumplan con los requisitos que establezca la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario para la operatividad del redescuento, podrán redescontar operaciones de crédito ante el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario –Finagro.
