LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 141. RECONOCIMIENTO PRIMA DE ACTIVIDAD. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, cuyo retiro o separación haya ocurrido antes del 24 de agosto de 1984 se les computará la prima de actividad de acuerdo en lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, en la forma que a continuación se expresa:

En la vigencia fiscal de 1990 hasta el 18.5%.

En la vigencia fiscal de 1991 hasta el 22.5%.

En la vigencia fiscal de 1992 hasta el 33%.

Parágrafo

Queda entendido que no habrá lugar a los reajustes establecidos en este artículo entre el 24 de agosto de 1984 y las iniciaciones de las vigencias fiscales indicadas en esta norma.
