El Banco pagará los intereses de las cédulas y hará la amortización de ellas cuatro veces al año. Las cédulas que hayan de amortizarse en cada trimestre, se sacarán a la suerte el trimestre anterior. Toda cédula sorteada deja de ganar intereses desde el día señalado para su amortización.
