º. Para la constitución de prenda sobre los bienes muebles que se reputan inmuebles por razón de su destinación, conforme al artículo 658 del Código Civil, que efectúe el propietario del inmueble a que están incorporados, no se requiere el consentimiento del acreedor hipotecario.
