º . Cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia. El cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia se realizará permanentemente. Para estos efectos, las secciones especializadas de ahorro y crédito cuya constitución haya sido autorizada, se sujetarán a las normas que, conforme a sus facultades legales, expida la Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia en relación con la obligación de presentar estados financieros sobre los respectivos patrimonios autónomos.
