º Designase al Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o su delegado como representante principal del Comité Subregional de la Pequeña y Mediana Industria contemplado en el artículo 3º de la Decisión 209 del Acuerdo de Cartagena. Actuará como su suplente o representante alterno el Director del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior INCOMEX. Como segundo miembro principal del Comité Subregional de la Pequeña y Mediana Industria, el Presidente de la Asociación Colombiana Popular de Industriales ACOPI. Actuará como suplente el Gerente de la Corporación Financiera Popular.
