ARTICULO

89. COMPETENCIA POR RAZON DE LA CONEXIDAD Y EL FACTOR SUBJETIVO. <Artículo modificado por el artículo 13 de la Ley 81 de 1993. El nuevo texto es el siguiente:> Cuando deban fallarse hechos punibles conexos, sometidos a diversas competencias, conocerá de ellos el funcionario de mayor jerarquía. <

Inciso 2o. modificado por el artículo 8 de la Ley 504 de 1999. El nuevo texto es el siguiente:> Cuando se trate de conexidad entre hechos punibles de competencia del juez penal de circuito especializado y cualquier otro funcionario judicial, corresponderá el juzgamiento a aquél.
