Forma y efecto de las providencias. Toda sanción disciplinaria distinta de las amonestaciones, deberá imponerse por resolución motivada. Los recursos que se interpongan contra las providencias sancionatorias se concederán en el efecto suspensivo. Cuando se revoque o anule una sanción, el funcionario tendrá derecho al pago de la remuneración correspondiente al tiempo durante el cual hubiere estado separado del servicio y al reintegro a su cargo, en caso de destitución.
