Fecha y forma de pago de la contribución . El pago de los aportes de las empresas de servicios públicos domiciliarios se efectuará en dos cuotas, la primera antes del 15 de febrero y la segunda antes del 15 de agosto de cada año. (Decreto número 0007 de 2010, artículo 5°).
