En cumplimiento del artículo 2o. de la ley 42 de 1941 , desde la próxima vigencia, el gobierno nacional se hará cargo del sostenimiento, organización, dotación y desarrollo del colegio oficial de segunda enseñanza que funciona en la ciudad de Santander de Quilichao con el nombre de "Instituto Técnico".
