Entrega De La Obra Por La Entidad Nacional Competente

Entrega de la obra por la entidad nacional competente. La entidad nacional competente realizará la entrega de la obra al departamento, municipio o entidad que corresponda, conforme se defina en el correspondiente proyecto, para ser dispuesta a la prestación del servicio o el ejercicio de la competencia, de acuerdo con las normas que gobiernen la materia.

Cuando la entidad nacional competente haga entrega de la obra al departamento, municipio o entidad que corresponda, en el acta de entrega se definirán las responsabilidades de quienes reciben las obras.
