ARTICULO 104 . Declaración de impedimento . Los funcionarios judiciales deben declararse impedidos para conocer de actuaciones penales, cuando exista respecto de ellos alguna causal de impedimento, tan pronto como se advierta su existencia o, a más tardar, dentro de los cinco días siguientes.
