° Los cruceros Cartagena, Pinzón y Marroquín permanecerán anclados en la bahía de Cartagena; y entretanto, y á partir del día 1.° de Octubre próximo, estarán únicamente bajo el cuidado, inspección é inmediata vigilancia de un Comandante Inspector, que gozará de una asignación mensual igual á la que hoy tiene el Comandante del crucero Cartagena, ó sean doscientos pesos ($ 200) oro.
