INTENDENTES Y COMISARIOS. En cada una de las Intendencias y Comisarías habrá un agente inmediato del Gobierno Nacional de su libre nombramiento y remoción, denominado Intendente o Comisario, que será Jefe de la Administración. En los términos de la delegación que se le confiera, el Intendente o el Comisario podrá dirigir, coordinar, supervisar y evaluar dentro de su Jurisdicción los servicios que presten las entidades descentralizadas.
