Artículo noveno. Margen de solvencia sobre pagos anticipados. Las entidades deberán constituir inversiones equivalentes al setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) sobre los pagos anticipados superiores a dos (2) meses de servicios, que reciban por concepto de la venta del Plan Obligatorio de Salud o de Planes Complementarios. Con las sumas resultantes se constituirá un portafolio dentro del régimen aplicable a los fondos de cesantía.
