Articulo 6º La Secretaria del Comité Nacional estará a cargo del Secretario General del Ministerio de Gobierno. En cada Circunscripción el Secretario de la Comisión será el Secretario General de la Gobernación, Intendencia o Comisaría o quien haga sus veces.
