Incompatibilidades . Sin perjuicio de las demás disposiciones consagradas en otras normas, las personas que tengan parentesco con los ordenadores dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, primero civil y primero de afinidad, no podrán celebrar directa o indirectamente contrato alguno que afecte los recursos del Fondo o gestionar a nombre propio o ajeno auxilios de fomento.
