ARTICULO 8o . TRASLADO DE EMPLEADOS PUBLICOS O TRABAJADORES OFICIALES. - Cuando a un empleado público o trabajador oficial se le suprima el empleo o cargo como consecuencia de la reestructuración del Instituto, dentro del término previsto para ejecutar esta decisión, la Junta Directiva podrá ordenar su traslado a otro cargo o sede, en cuyo caso se reconocerán y pagarán los gastos de traslado previstos en la ley o en las convenciones colectivas. A falta de estipulación expresa, a los trabajadores oficiales se les aplicará lo dispuesto para los empleados públicos.
