TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo segundo. Autorízase al Gobierno para celebrar con el Departamento del Valle del Cauca un contrato de sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, con aportes iguales de la Nación y del Departamento, para que dicha sociedad tome a su cargo la construcción, administración y explotación del oleoducto a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
