El auxilio ordenado por esta Ley será entregado al Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal para que, de acuerdo con los planos elaborados conjuntamente con las Empresas Públicas Municipales de la ciudad de Armenia, haga las inversiones correspondientes.
