Para dar cumplimiento al artículo primero (1°) de esta Ley, destínase la cantidad de ciento veinte mil pesos ($120.000.00), que se incluirá en la vigencia fiscal de 1960 o en la de las siguientes. En caso de no ser incluída la partida correspondiente en los Presupuestos respectivos, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para hacer las traslaciones necesarias a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
