Afiliado voluntario. Es afiliado voluntario de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar el cónyuge o compañero permanente sobreviviente del personal contemplado en el artículo anterior, que dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes al reconocimiento como beneficiario del causante, solicite por escrito su afiliación, siempre y cuando disfrute de sustitución pensional y carezca de vivienda propia.
