Terminada la actuación sobre avalúo, el representante del Lazareto hará la liquidación de derechos y la presentará al Juez par que dé traslado de ella, por dos días, a quien deba hacer el pago.

Si no se hiciere objeción alguna, se aprobará; pero si se objetare, continuará sustanciándose el punto como articulación.
