Establecimientos de reclusión de alta seguridad. Los establecimientos de reclusión de alta seguridad son establecimientos destinados al cumplimiento de la detención preventiva o de la pena, de personas privadas de la libertad, que ofrezcan especiales riesgos de seguridad a juicio del Director del Inpec.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

Parágrafo transitorio. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará el régimen aplicable a estos establecimientos en un término no superior a seis (6) meses.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 25. CARCELES Y PENITENCIARIAS DE ALTA SEGURIDAD. Son cárceles y penitenciarías de alta seguridad, los establecimientos señalados para los sindicados y condenados, cuya detención y tratamiento requieran mayor seguridad, sin perjuicio de la finalidad resocializadora de la pena.
