° Cuando el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito tenga conocimiento que las agremiaciones de transportadores de carga estén propiciando alteraciones en la prestación del servicio público, pondrá dicha circunstancia en conocimiento del Gobernador del Departamento respectivo o del Alcalde Mayor del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, según el domicilio de la agremiación, a fin de que se proceda a cancelar su personería jurídica previos los trámites legales.
