°. Solicitudes de renovación, modificación y/o agotamiento de producto en trámite ante el Invima. Las solicitudes de renovación o modificación de registro sanitario o permiso de comercialización de los dispositivos médicos para uso humano, así como las solicitudes de agotamiento de producto a que alude el presente decreto, que se hayan radicado con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de este acto, se podrán tramitar de acuerdo a las disposiciones aquí establecidas, siempre y cuando medie una petición escrita por el interesado
