Desde el 1° de Julio próximo quedan restablecidas las Prefecturas y Alcaldías Provinciales que existían antes de la expedición del Decreto número 946 de 31 de Agosto de 1908, con las mismas atribuciones que entonces tenían y con las nuevas que se les hayan señalado por la ley y por decretos del Poder Ejecutivo.
