° Cuando alguno de tales Contadores reciba orden de trasladarse de uno a otro vehículo, deberá entregar sus cuentas de especies y caudales al corriente y sin saldo alguno a su cargo. Mientras no se cumpliere con dicha formalidad, el traslado será diferido, y el Contador dejará de devengar el sueldo que le corresponda, sin perjuicio de las demás responsabilidades en que incurriere.
