El Gobierno Nacional compilará y publicará las normas administrativas, técnicas y laborales sobre las diversas modalidades del sector transporte, reuniendo las normas de la presente Ley y sus concordantes, con el Decreto 2171 de 1992; a fin de facilitar la interpretación y ejecución de los mandatos legales.
