º. Para la elaboración de los estatutos del Instituto Nacional de Financiamiento Cooperativo se constituirá una comisión integrada por tres (3) personas en la siguiente forma: una (1) por el Presidente de la República, una (1) por la Asociación Colombiana de Cooperativas, y una (1) por la Unión Cooperativa Nacional de Crédito. Esta comisión tendrá un plazo de sesenta (60) días a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, para elaborar el proyecto de estatutos, que será sometido a la Asamblea de fundadores del Instituto.
