La transmisión de programas informativos y periodísticos a través de las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora, requieren licencia especial otorgada al director del programa por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, siempre que se cumplan los requisitos y condiciones previstos en el artículo siguiente.
