°. Horas extras . Los conductores y choferes que laboran en los organismos a los cuales se les aplica el presente decreto tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de horas extras, en los mismos términos del Decreto número 1692 de 1996. En todo caso la autorización para laborar en horas extras sólo podrá otorgarse cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal.
