º. El municipio de Suárez, Cauca, deberá entregar a la Nación -Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público- las acciones mencionadas en el artículo anterior junto con una certificación de la Empresa de Energía del Pacífico S. A. ESP, EPSA, en la que conste el correspondiente registro en el libro de accionistas, y solo hasta que se entreguen las acciones se entenderá efectuado el pago por parte del municipio de Suárez, Cauca.
