Se entiende que la patente, así como las licencias a buzos de cabeza, se refieren a un período de primero a último del mes. Si cuando la patente se expide está en curso el mes respectivo, se concede por lo que falta de ese mes, y el valor de los derechos es el que proporcionalmente corresponda a los días que faltan.
