DE LOS DESCARGOS.El investigado debe hacer sus descargos ante el funcionario que le formule los cargos, dentro del término señalado para el efecto, mediante escrito o verbalmente. En este último caso se levantará un acta que debe ser suscrita por el investigador, el investigado y la persona que la elabore. En el evento de que el investigado no presente los descargos, ni solicite la práctica de pruebas, dentro del término señalado para el efecto, la investigación disciplinaria se continuará hasta su culminación.
