Destínase la suma de cien mil pesos ( $ 100,000) para el establecimiento del servicio de giros postales, la cual será distribuida por la Oficina Central de acuerdo con los Decretos del Gobierno, entre la Oficina Especial de Bogotá y las demás oficinas de Correos habilitadas.
