ARTICULO 60. LA COMUNICACION DE LARGA DISTANCIA DE USUARIOS MOVILES. La comunicación de larga distancia internacional originada o recibida por el usuario del servicio de telefonía móvil celular deberá hacerse a través de la RTPC, y en ningún caso los operadores del servicio de telefonía móvil celular podrán prestar directamente servicios de telefonía de larga distancia internacional, salvo que el operador de la telefonía móvil celular esté legalmente autorizado para la prestación de este servicio.
