Las labores relacionadas con las revisión y liquidación de las cuentas de las oficinas recaudadoras o pagadoras, así como todos los empleados que se dediquen a tales labores en la Tesorería General de la República, en las Administraciones de Aduanas o Salinas, Correos y Telégrafos, en las Oficinas de Timbre y en las casas de Moneda, así como también en cualquier otra oficina del Gobierno, dependerán en lo sucesivo de Departamento de Contraloría, al cual se trasladan.
