° Regirán en la Intendencia del Amazonas, para los asuntos de policía y demás que son propios de los Departamentos, las ordenanzas del Departamento de Nariño. Por medio de decretos, que. requerirán la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional para que entren a regir, podrá el Intendente modificar las disposiciones de estas ordenanzas,, a fin de adaptarlas a las necesidades de la Intendencia.
