En los casos previstos en los ordinales 2o. y 3o. del artículo 518, el propietario desahuciará al arrendatario con no menos de seis meses de anticipación a la fecha de terminación del contrato, so pena de que éste se considere renovado o prorrogado en las mismas condiciones y por el mismo término del contrato inicial. Se exceptúan de lo dispuesto en este artículo los casos en que el inmueble sea ocupado o demolido por orden de autoridad competente.
