º . Traslado de las cotizaciones recaudadas. El traslado de las cotizaciones recaudadas a que se refieren los artículos 20, último inciso, de la Ley 100 de 1993, 19, literal c), del Decreto 1295 de 1994, y 147 del Decreto 1298 de 1994, deberá efectuarse a más tardar el día hábil siguiente a la fecha límite establecida para pagar las cotizaciones.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por pago de las cotizaciones el recaudo de las mismas en dinero efectivo en caja, o la acreditación efectiva de los valores correspondientes en las cuentas de las instituciones financieras de las cuales sean titulares las entidades administradoras del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral.
