De las funciones del Consejo . Son funciones del Consejo Superior de Aeronáutica Civil

Estudiar y proponer al Gobierno políticas en materia de aviación;

Estudiar los planes y programas que le presente a su consideración el Jefe del Departamento;

Emitir concepto sobre los asuntos especiales que le someta el Gobierno;

Conceptual sobre los tratados públicos relacionados con la Aeronáutica Civil y proponer al Gobierno la denuncia de aquellos que considere contrarios al interés nacional;

Darse su propio reglamento: y

Las demás que correspondan a su naturaleza.
