Los Mayores Plazos A Que Se Refiere El Numeral 3° Del Artículo 2° De La Ley 14 De 1990 Serán Los Siguientes: A) Un 50% Más, Del Establecido En La Respectiva Entidad Crediticia Para Las Obligaciones Denominadas De Corto Plazo

° Los mayores plazos a que se refiere el numeral 3° del artículo 2° de la Ley 14 de 1990 serán los siguientes

a)

Un 50% más, del establecido en la respectiva entidad crediticia para las obligaciones denominadas de corto plazo.

b)

Un 30% más, del establecido en la respectiva entidad crediticia para las obligaciones denominadas de mediano plazo.

c)

Un 20% más, del establecido en la respectiva entidad crediticia para las obligaciones denominadas de largo plazo.
