En cuanto no se opongan a lo dispuesto en este Capítulo, se aplicarán las normas pertinentes de los Códigos Penal y de Procedimiento Penal. Pero la providencia que califique el mérito del sumario y la que resuelva la solicitud de aplicación del artículo 163 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, solo podrán dictarse después de la sentencia de reconocimiento y graduación de créditos.

La sentencia de segundo grado en el proceso penal tendrá recurso de casación conforme a las reglas del mismo Código.
