Normativa aplicable. Para el desarrollo del trámite de validación judicial expedito se aplicarán las reglas previstas en los artículos 9, 10 Y 11 del Decreto Legislativo 560 del 15 de abril de 2020, y en lo no previsto, en cuanto fuere compatible con su naturaleza, lo establecido en la Ley 1116 de 2006. Al arbitraje, en tanto no se oponga a las reglas especiales, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el reglamento de arbitraje del centro correspondiente a la sede del tribunal y, subsidiariamente, en la Ley 1563 de 2012.
