Para auxiliar a los damnificados en el incendio de la ciudad de Topaipí destínase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00) del Tesoro Nacional, la cual será administrada por una Junta igual a la de que trata el artículo anterior y rendirá sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
