Prima Para Oficiales Del Cuerpo Administrativo

Decreto 989 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1211 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.

Prima para Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo . Para el reconocimiento y pago de la prima para Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, los interesados deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Solicitud por escrito a los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza;

Certificación del Comandante o Jefe de la repartición, en que conste que el Oficial labora en su especialidad profesional un tiempo mínimo igual al que rige para los demás Oficiales.

Parágrafo

No se considerarán especialidades profesionales, aquellas labores que pueden ser apropiadamente desempeñadas por Oficiales desprovistos del título de formación universitaria.
