º . Dentro de los dos (2) años siguientes a la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, las entidades adscritas o vinculadas al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, realizarán los estudios geológico-mineros e iniciarán los correspondientes proyectos estratégicos, según las directrices que para el efecto señale el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
